SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All in-stock lures typically ship within one (1) to two (2) business days. If a lure order will take longer than two (2) business days we will send an email with the reason for the delay and expected shipping date. 

Lure orders are shipped through multiple carriers to provide the best shipping option for our customers.

Standard Shipping

Lure orders that are shipped with the Standard Shipping option within the continental United States are expected to be delivered within three (3) to five (5) business days. The expected delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier delays. Alaska and Hawaii can expect an additional one (1) to three (3) business days for delivery.

Priority Shipping

Lure orders that are shipped with the Priority Shipping option within the continental United States are expected to be delivered within three (1) to five (3) business days. The expected delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier delays. Alaska and Hawaii can expect an additional one (1) to three (3) business days for delivery.

Apparel Orders

Apparel not including hats will be shipped separately from lures. Apparel orders not including hats are fulfilled with a 3rd party service with an average fulfillment time of two (2) to seven (7) business days. Delivery times average four (4) business days after fulfillment within the U.S. 

International Orders

We currently do not have a standard shipping option for International Orders. Please contact chris@glotechlures for a shipping quote.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at chris@glotechlures.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at chris@glotechlures.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note

     - A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $50.00.

     - Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
